I made a Wreath!! I absolutely LOVE the way it turned out!

I wanted to make something pretty for our front door that COULD be used for Christmas, but also leave it for awhile after the holidays if we wanted. Sooo, after my husband got off of work..we went to Hobby Lobby! He stayed in the car with our two younger girls and my oldest and I went in and had fun looking around. We must have been in there awhile because my husband sent a txt asking if we had gotten lost. lol

Here's what you need:

1-Wreath Base: $2.99
1-Wreath Door Hanger: $2.99
3- Burlap Ribbon- $6.99/each(I got them half off so i paid $3.50 for each one)
3-Burlap roses: $2.49/each
1-Letter(I used "C" for our last name): $5.99(but it was 50% off, so I paid $2.99)

If you need to know how to put the burlap onto the wreath, I recommend that you watch the tutorial from Nia's Nest on YouTube.

It would have only taken me about 30-45 mins to make, but I didn't pay attention to her instructions and had to undo the burlap from the wreath and start over. I love the way our wreath cam out and can't wait to make more! I added hot glue to the letter, as well as tied it to the wreath base to ensure it stays in place. I also hot glued the roses in place.

It's not perfect by any means, but I think I did a pretty darn good job for my first one!!

Have you ever made a burlap wreath before? I'd love to see pictures!
