*My Review*
I am so excited to have the book in my collection of cookbooks! I grew up in SW, Louisiana...so I know all too well what "Tabasco sauce" is! There are so many recipes in this book that I can't wait to try out. Some we won't eat, but most of them we will.

This book is packed full of 80 recipes, the photos in this  book are gorgeous & make me hungry just looking at them!

If you are looking for a new cookbook to try out, I suggest you try this book!
