I'm not usually a fan of tacos, but these things were AMAZING. At the bottom of the page, you will find a shopping list for Aldi's with approx prices(tax not included).

*What You Need*

4 large boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
  1. 1/2 small yellow onion, diced
  2. 1 Tablespoon garlic, minced
    Salt & Pepper, To taste
  3. Bacon bits(As much as you would like!)
  4. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  5. 4 green onions,chopped
  6. Taco size Tortillas(corn or flour)
  7. Yields: 12 Tacos
  8. Barbecue sauce (use as much or little as you like)

*What You Do:

In a large skillet(I used my cast iron skillet), cook chicken until it is white on both sides over medium-high heat. Add diced onion and minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Cook and stir chicken until no longer pink and thoroughly cooked.

If you would like, you can warm tortillas in the microwave. Put a tortilla on a plate. Add a few pieces of cooked chicken, bacon bits & cheese. Top with green onions and desired amount of barbecue sauce. Repeat with all tortillas and fillings.

Serve tacos warm and enjoy! Do you like tacos? What all do you put on yours?
