*My Review*
I actually got this for my(husband's) 77 yr old granny. She has recently moved in with us because her health is declining and we refuse to let her got anywhere else. She has Diabetes, & hates the thought of eating what we've all grown up to know as a "diabetic diet".

After flipping through this book, I have found TONS of recipes that sound amazing and I wouldn't mind trying myself. I plan on making a breafast, lunch & dinner from this book next week. Of course I won't tell her it's from a diabetic cookbook unless she tells me that she likes the food, and then I will politely show her the book and let her see for herself.

Now that she is with us, we plan on keeping her around for as long as we can...and eating the correct foods is one step we plan on taking.

I recommend this book to anyone who has diabetes, or even those who want to eat healthier. I promise you won't be disappointed!
