I Can Only Imagine - Movie Review

*My Review*
My family and I saw the preview for "I can only imagine" while we were at the movies. My husband and I both looked at each other during the preview and didn't even say anything...we just nodded our heads.

This movie is the amazing story of one of my favorite songs. Be warned...you will most likely cry at some point in this movie.

It was very emotional for me because this song was played on low in my mom's ICU room the day she went home to Heaven. She was always singing this song. Even now, while writing my review I am tearing up at the thought of the movie, the song, and I can only imagine (see what I did there?!) my mom singing this song up in Heaven.

I strongly recommend this movie! This is a WHOLESOME movie that the whole family can watch together!

Dennis Quaid and Trace Adkins star in this inspiring true story behind
MercyMe’s beloved hit song. Running from a troubled home life and a broken
relationship, Bart Millard (Finley) found escape in music. Hitting the road in a
decrepit tour bus, Bart and his band MercyMe set out on an amazing journey
none of them could have ever imagined, in this uplifting, music-filled movie
that beautifully illustrates the power of forgiveness and God’s love.
The home entertainment release of I Can Only Imagine features over 3 hours
of extras including 7 deleted scenes, 7 in-depth featurettes, an audio
commentary, and more!
